At Regression Therapy Insights, we are dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and high-quality healing experience. We understand that circumstances can change and have created this policy to be as fair and transparent as possible while protecting our practitioners' time and resources.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. General policy

  • Service-based business: All sales for our healing sessions and services are final after the service has been rendered. Our refund policy primarily addresses cancellations and unused session packages.

  • Case-by-case basis: We reserve the right to review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis, with final decisions made at the discretion of management.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

Client cancellation:

  • More than 48 hours notice: For cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.

  • 24 to 48 hours notice: For cancellations within 24 to 48 hours of your scheduled session, a rescheduling fee of [e.g., 50% of the session charge] will be applied.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or "no-shows" will not be eligible for a refund. The full session fee will be forfeited to compensate the practitioner for their time.

Practitioner cancellation: In the rare event that we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

3. Refunds due to dissatisfaction

  • Our approach to client happiness: We do not offer refunds simply because a client is unhappy with the outcome of a session. Therapeutic healing is a personal journey, and results can vary.

  • Offering a solution: If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 10 days of your appointment. We will carefully review your feedback and may offer a credit for a future session or the opportunity to work with a different practitioner.

  • 5. Refund processing

  • How to request: All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to prejadz@gmail.com. Please include your full name, purchase date, and reason for the request.

  • Processing timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within [e.g., 10–14] business days of the request. The timing of the credit appearing on your statement may depend on your bank.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

  • Regression Therapy Insights reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

  • It is the responsibility of users to regularly review the refund policy for updates.
